FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Are you open on rainy nights?

   No, in the event of rain or other inclement weather, the attraction will be closed. Check our website or message line for weather updates.

2. Do you take credit cards or debit cards for payment?

   Yes, with a small convenience fee.

3. Are tickets refundable?

   Tickets are not refundable once you enter the attraction.

4. What is the speed limit?

   3 mph. The slower, the better.

5. Can we have people in our truck beds?

   Yes, but there is a 3 person limit. Anyone exceeding that limit will be charged an extra $5 per person.

6. Can we pull a trailer in the event?

   No, only standard size vehicles allowed. (Please see our Rules section)

7. Since I am in my vehicle, will I be allowed to smoke or drink alcohol?

   No, smoking/drinking/controlled substances of any kind are not allowed while on the premises.

8. Is photography allowed?

   Sorry, but no photographs, videos, recordings or live streams are allowed during the experience.

9. Will the actors touch vehicles or reach inside?

   No, but they will get uncomfortably close.

10. Will there be strobe lights?

    This experience contains sequences of flashing lights which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photosensitivities. 

11. Are there any restrooms available?

    No, there are no public restrooms at the attraction. However, there are plenty convenience stores in the surrounding area.

12. Is this a kid-friendly environment?

    We do not have an age restriction. We leave it up for the parents/guardians to decide.

13. What if I’m having an emergency?

    In the event of a SERIOUS emergency, put on your flashers and honk. The show will stop and staff will come to assist you. Please only stop if you seriously need to be removed from the event, as we will not offer re-entry or refunds for any reason.

14. Do I have to wear a face covering?

    Face coverings are at the customers discretion.
